- Power Outage – Virtual Operations on Monday, Tuesday, 16
High winds overnight have caused electrical outages across campus. 911 will operate remotely today, March 16, while Facilities works with the utility to restore power.
All classes will be held online, and on-campus operations will be limited. Battenberg Café will remain open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All other services will be closed.
Staff employees should work remotely whenever possible.

A Consumer’s Energy substation behind the Children’s Museum that controls power to the campus has been severely damaged in the storm and, as a result, is reducing the University's power.
911 will operate virtually tomorrow, March 17.
Residential students, if you live locally and can go home, you are encouraged to do so, as we currently estimate power will be restored on Wednesday, March 18.
The Student Experience team will work with students who need alternative accommodations.
Please check in with your RA as soon as possible.
Dining services are supporting lunch only today, March 16.
They will be unable to complete any other meal services until the power is restored.
